Honours BSc Computer Science (uOttawa)

Michael Thompson is an undergraduate honours student in Computer Science at the University of Ottawa, currently completing their honours project at CRAiEDL researching the ethical engineering of Artificial Intelligence and robots. Throughout his degree he has worked several CO-OP work terms with the Federal Government (Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada), Ford Motors and Morgan Stanley, primarily focusing on data management and software development. During his degree, Michael has developed a keen interest on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, along with the societal impacts they make.
