Yi Yau Wong is a web developer and UI/UX designer with experience in international companies and startups. Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and design tools like Figma and Canva, she has built and redesigned websites for organizations such as Luk Advisor and MedChain. Her work focuses on creating intuitive digital experiences, blending technical expertise with user-centered design.
Passionate about AI and web development, Yi Yau has explored machine learning applications in projects like SkillSync, integrating AI to enhance job-matching accuracy. In January 2025, she joined the Canadian Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Ethical Design Lab (CRAiEDL) to contribute to the Macro Problems, Micro Cities project and further her AI knowledge.
Beyond development, Yi Yau actively engages in hackathons and tech communities, previously serving as a Hack the Hill logistics coordinator and Vice President of the Hong Kong Cultural Association. When not working on tech projects, she enjoys badminton, running, music, and gaming.
